FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —A stretch of northbound Route 1 will deal with some traffic issues over the next few hours on Thursday, police said.

The Falls Township Police Department said that the highway —between North Oxford Valley Road and the Fairless Hills exit —will have periods of partial and full lane closures.

The closures are due to gravel spilled on the roadway, police said.

Falls Township Police said that the closures will last for several hours until crews can clean up the gravel from the highway.
