Falls Township officials said the road should reopen after lunch on Friday now that its public works department has completed repairs.

FALLS TOWNSHIP, PA —Motorists are getting some good news regarding roadwork Friday afternoon.

Falls Township officials have announced that Woolston Drive will reopen.

Township officials thanked "our amazing Public Works Department who worked hard, along with General Asphalt, to get road repairs completed on time over the last few days."

Those repairs involved the Woolston tunnel between Lincoln Highway and Stonyhill Road, officials said.

The road will reopen by lunchtime following line painting on Friday morning, township officials said.

"We appreciate the residents' patience while this work was being completed," officials said in a Facebook post.
