The Spring-Ford Area School District 7th Grade Center held their Second Annual Turkiest Teacher contest. Student nominated 13 teacher to participate in the contest, then voted for the Turkiest Teacher by donating spare change in designated teacher buckets during their lunch period. The contest, which doubled as a fundraisor for Project Outreach, raised $671.67 to help families in the Spring-Ford area. The 2013 Turkiest Teacher, Mr. Ridgeway, presented Mr. D'Orazio with the Turkiest Teacher hat, trophy and plaque just before student council members presented a check to Project Outreach coordinator, Karen Slifer.
