Men Rising is a confidential, judgment-free healing circle for adult male survivors of childhood sexual abuse.Many men carry their trauma alone for decades, believing they have to silence their pain, “be strong,” or figure it all out themselves. This group exists to break that isolation.

Here, you’ll find a safe and supportive space to share your experiences at your pace, learn grounding and resilience-building tools, and connect with other men who understand the complexity of surviving childhood abuse. This group is not about reliving the past. It’s about rising from it.
