The grand opening celebration will offer the first 100 customers a gift card ranging from $5 to $100. Shoppers can also try free samples, receive a complimentary reusable bag, and participate in various games, activities, and other giveaways.
Lidl points to their low prices as one of their best offerings.
“The team and I have been prepping for grand opening and we can’t wait to welcome everyone to the store on September 4,” Royersford Store Manager Tim Pianka said in a statement. “We are eager to introduce customers in Royersford to the award-winning, high quality products and convenient shopping experience.”
The international chain has 10,800 stores in 29 countries.
Editor's note: A previous version of this story incorrectly stated that the store is in Royersford. The mailing address is Royersford, and Lidl refers to this branch as their Royersford location. However, the physical store is in Upper Providence.
