Spring-Ford Interact Club Sponsors Mini-THON Event

Under the leadership of seven students from the Spring-Ford Area High School Interact Club, the students of Spring-Ford Area High School are determined to help find a cure for childhood cancer through their involvement with Mini-THON. This is the first year that SFAHS will sponsor Mini-THON. Students have set a fundraising goal of $15,000 to help find a cure for childhood cancer. So far, close to 100 students have raised more than $3,000.
WHEN: Saturday, April 11, 2015 from 4 to 10 p.m.
WHERE: Spring-Ford Area High School, 350 South Lewis Road, Royersford
DETAILS: Students are encouraged to fundraise leading up to the event by requesting donations from friends, families and community members. Each participant has their own fundraising page, which may be used for online donations. On April 11, 2015, students will complete six hours of dancing – which means that each participant is expected to stay on their feet for the entire Mini-THON.
