Spring-Ford Sets Attendance Policy For Eagles Super Bowl Parade
Spring-Ford officials addressed Thursday's attendance policy in advance of the Eagles' Super Bowl parade.

ROYERSFORD, PA — Kids in the Spring-Ford Area School District may have been guilty of a false start this week if they thought they would get out of school for the Eagles Super Bowl victory parade in Philadephia.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, the school district said that unlike other area school districts, Spring-Ford students will not have a day off.
"Spring-Ford...understands that this Thursday’s Philadelphia Eagles Parade is considered by many local sports fans to be a monumental event," the district said in a statement. "While the Spring-Ford community has been “bleeding green” this week, it is important to note that the Spring-Ford Area School District will remain open on Thursday. Please make every effort to ensure your student is in school, ready to learn and ready to shout out a few more Eagles chants with their classmates."
