Two Vehicles Wrecked In Royersford Crash Tuesday Night

A crash in Royersford on Tuesday night left two vehicles totaled.

ROYERSFORD, PA -- Two vehicles were wrecked during an accident on Tuesday night in Royersford, the Royersford Fire Department said.

Authorities responded to the scene at South Lewis Road and Yeager Road at about 7:13 p.m. Thursday.

It was believed that victims of the crash were trapped inside the vehicles.

While the precise extent of the injuries of those involved in the crash is unclear, all individuals had made their way safely out of the vehicles by the time authorities arrived.

The vehicles involved in the crash were a black Jeep and a silver four-door sedan.

Crews secured the power to both vehicles and applied oil dry in areas of the roadway, officials said.

All units had cleared the scene by about 8:15 p.m.

In addition to the Royersford Fire Department, Upper Providence Police, Friendship Ambulance MICU 325-1, and Rescue 63 of the Liberty Fire Company of Spring City were on hand to assist.
