Destination: Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve

Patch visited the meadow last week at Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve where morning tours are offered into September. Stroll through the meadow, take a walk in the cool woods, and have a relaxing picnic lunch there this summer.

Relax, unwind, explore! "I invite you to discover Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve," says Miles Arnott, BHWP executive director. "Our Preserve continues to flourish as a haven of beauty, knowledge, inspiration and rejuvenation," he added.

Located in New Hope, PA, the 134-acre Preserve is only a short drive from home and features more than 800 species of native plants in a naturalistic setting. Native plants attract beneficial insects, birds and butterflies, while enhancing the beauty of your yard. For those looking for economical destinations nearby, take a drive along the river and visit the Preserve this summer. Explore the woodlands, meadows, a pond and Pidcock Creek while discovering lovely wildflowers, birds, and butterflies.

Here are a few things to enjoy at the Preserve this summer:
