This workout has been shown to burn up to 830 calories in 45 minutes! I know, because I tested it. Bring your water bottle, and a towel because you WILL be needing them.
The workouts are fast paced, but I encourage everyone to go at their own pace. I like to keep the workouts & music upbeat and motivating, not intimidating.
