Housing Development Proposed At Audubon Elementary School Site
Developers are seeking a zoning code change to allow them to build.

The developers aim to build six residential units through an "adaptive reuse" project that would see exterior footprint and character of the building maintained.
North Wales-based WB Homes Land Acquisitions must first have the zoning changed, however.
