Bucks Co. Banks Seek Community Input on Business Unification
Banks invite community to participate in digital survey

Two longtime Bucks County community banks, First Savings Bank of Perkasie and First Federal of Bucks County, are uniting, and as they take the next step toward unification, they are reaching out to the community for input.
The banks value your feedback and invite you to take a few minutes to complete this brief survey designed to elicit input that will help guide our thinking during the creation of the new organization and the selection of, among other things, its new name.

The new bank will remain an independent, mutual financial organization, locally owned and responsive to its customers. The unification will extend the banks’ footprint, combine their capital reserves, and allow them to offer a wider array of financial products and services, while reinforcing their commitments to their local communities, customers, and team members.
Based in Perkasie, Pa., First Savings offers banking, insurance, investments, and trust services at 11 branches throughout Central and Upper Bucks. First Federal is based in Bristol, Pa., and offers personal and business banking at 11 locations mostly in Lower Bucks. Because the two banks have no overlap in locations, bank leaders anticipate that all current branches will remain open after the proposed unification is complete.
