Crash Involving Fuel Spill Closes Portion of Pa. Turnpike in Bucks County
The crash has closed the westbound lanes at mile marker 355 near the Route 1 interchange in Bensalem.

An accident involving a tractor trailer has shut down a portion of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Bucks County Thursday morning.
According to media reports, the jack-knifed tractor trailer crashed around 10:50 a.m., spilling fuel and closing the westbound lanes at mile marker 355 near the Route 1 interchange in Bensalem, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.
PennDOT announced the closure on its website, providing the following detour: Take US Route 13 South to State Route 132 West to US Route 1 North. This will bring you to the Bensalem Interchange.

The Inquirer reported that fuel was leaking into Neshaminy Creek.
