Free Senior Health and Fitness Day at Holy Redeemer Health and Fitness Center
Holy Redeemer Healthcare will host a free Senior Health and Fitness Day health fair on Tuesday, May 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Holy Redeemer Healthcare will host a free Senior Health and Fitness Day health fair at the Holy Redeemer Health and Fitness Center, 1648 Huntingdon Pike, Meadowbrook PA, 19046, on Tuesday, May 19, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Holy Redeemer experts will provide information and health screenings on a range of topics, including:
- Diabetes
- Nutrition & Dietary Information
- Body Mass Index Evaluations
- Blood Pressure Screenings
- Skin Cancer Screenings
- Fall Prevention
- Information on Holy Redeemer Sports Medicine; Support at Home; and Inpatient Physical Therapy/Nursing Services.
