HealthLink Joins Combined Federal Campaign (CFC)
HealthLink recently joined the largest and most successful workplace fundraising model in the world - the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC).

Federal employees will now have a new, easier way to support HealthLink Medical Center. Through the Combined Federal Campaign, federal employees can pledge donations to national, regional, and local nonprofit organizations who have gone through the registration process. In 2014, HealthLink is now among those nonprofits.
The CFC, as it is known, is the largest and most successful workplace fundraising model in the world. It provides one centralized guide for federal employees to choose organizations to support through payroll deduction during a single fundraising campaign each year. While participation is not required by employees, it is encouraged and obviously many public servants opt in to supporting the many worthy causes.
“We’re excited to be a part of this fundraising campaign,” said Mae O’Brien, Executive Director at HealthLink. “Because we are located in the Philadelphia suburbs, many of our neighbors and community members may be federal employees commuting in the city or into South Jersey. We’re honored to be among the many other worthy nonprofit organizations benefiting from this wonderful program.”

HealthLink Medical Center provides free primary medical and dental care to low-income working, insured adults living in Bucks and Montgomery counties. HealthLink is a Volunteers in Medicine clinic, meaning that through a shared “Culture of Caring” medical and dental professionals volunteer their time to aid the small skeleton staff in providing health care services to those in the community who could not otherwise afford it. In 2013 alone, these volunteers contributed more than 6,000 hours to the clinic.
If you or someone you know is a federal employee, you can opt to support HealthLink Medical Center during the 2014 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). Simply designate HealthLink and the ID number 85220 on your pledge form.
