SCORE Bucks County Launches YouTube Channel, Highlights Sales, Marketing Discussions

If you, as a business owner, fail to know your customer - really know your customer - you could be leaving open the door for a competitor to ultimately steal your market and your clients.

Those were some of the words of wisdom that Pat Walsh, of The Walsh Group, imparted on attendees during SCORE Bucks County’s recent sales and marketing workshop.

Walsh stressed the importance of business owners knowing everything possible about their customers. He also advised business owners to stick to their marketing strategy and not become distracted by new trends.

“Keep your customers coming back and have them bring their friends with them,” he said.
