Troop 19's Eric Hertenberger Earns the Rank of Eagle Scout
Langhorne resident Eric Hertenberger completes his Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project at Catawissa Park.
Troop 19’s Eric J. Hertenberger was recently recognized at a Court of Honor at Langhorne Presbyterian Church for earning the rank of Eagle Scout.
Eric chose to complete his Eagle Scout Leadership Service Project in Catawissa Park in Langhorne Borough. Working in conjunction with Langhorne Open Space, Inc., Eric and his team of volunteers spent 115 man-hours clearing an overgrown trail in the park.
In addition to serving his troop as bugler, Eric is an active Brother in Order of the Arrow Ajapeu Lodge #2.
Eric is the son of Melissa and Greg Hertenberger of Langhorne Manor. He is a senior at Bucks County Technical School where he is studying automotive technology. Eric plans to continue his education in this area of study after graduation. In his free time, Eric is a tournament bowler with the Morrisville Bowling League.
