House Hunt: Three Ponds Farm Open House

Check out the open houses in Malvern this weekend.

There are seven open houses scheduled for the weekend of Oct. 13-14 in Malvern, according to the listings on AOL Real Estate.

The area's most expensive house that is showing this weekend is Three Ponds Farm, an equestrian property and a 1812 restored and expanded stone farmhouse at 2336 Pikeland Road.  The property is listed at $2,250,000.

Homebuyers on a budget should check out 29 Woodview Road, which is listed at $325,000.
