Driver In Crash That Killed Mummers Arraigned, $1.75M Bail Set
Keith Campbell, of Delaware, was arraigned Monday after being hospitalized following a crash that killed three people and hurt one other.

PHILADELPHIA – The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office said the man who crashed a sedan head-on into an SUV killing three people on Jan. 2 in South Philadelphia has been arraigned and had his bail set at $1.75 million.
Keith Campbell, 29, of Bear Delaware, was arraigned Monday, according to the District Attorney's Office.
Campbell has been recovering form injuries suffered in the crash, as well as numerous stab wounds that authorities are trying to determine whether were self-inflicted or not after they found a 10-inch knife, as well as a "rambling" and "paranoid" note, in the vehicle he was driving.

The DA's office requested a high bail which resulted in the $1.75 million figure.
Campbell faces three counts of homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and possession of an instrument of crime.

Police said Campbell crashed an Audi sedan head on into an Acura SUV at 1:45 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2 at 7th Street and Packer Avenue, hours after two of the three people killed participated in the annual Mummers Parade.
Joseph Ferry, 36, of Philadelphia, Kelly Wiseley, 35, of Glenolden, and Dennis Palandro Jr., 31, of Morton, were all killed in the crash.
According to NBC10, Campbell led police in Delaware on a chase before the fatal crash.
The outlet reports the Newport Police Department chased Campbell in the Audi through Delaware after seeing his drive recklessly, but dropped the pursuit as Campbell got onto Interstate 95 North and headed to Philadelphia.
Ferry and Wiseley has recently gotten engaged on Christmas.
Palandro's wife, Nicole Palandro, 31, survived the crash but was seriously hurt.
Dennis Palandro and Ferry were members of the South Philly String Band.
Campbell faces three counts of homicide by vehicle, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment and possession of an instrument of crime.

As of Monday afternoon, the campaign for Nicole Palandro has generated more than $150,000.
The campaign for Wiseley's family is at about $30,000 and the campaign for Ferry stands at about $25,000 as of Monday afternoon.
