Free 21 Day Weight Loss Program

Ellis Athletic Center offers a FREE 21 Day Weight Loss Program under the direction of Nona Kleinberg.  This program offers: 1 month free membership to Ellis Athletic Center.  Weekly educational meeting on Nutrition and Exercise.  One free orientation session with Nona to design your own personal exercise program. Participants must keep an exercise and food journal, attend the weekly meetings, use the facility at least 3 times per week and 1 fitness class per week.  Weigh in weekly.  Assessments will be done on the first and last class.  Classes are held at 10:00am and 6:00pm on Tuesdays.
