It's the Test of the Year For Delco Christian
The Knights hope to continue their Cinderella story through playoffs and Friday's big game against Springfield (Montco).

NEWTOWN SQUARE– has had its momentary struggles this season, but the Knights have found a way to win.
The Knights are in a good position to make the PIAA District 1 Class A playoffs, as the No. 1 team in the average-point standings.
It looks more and more apparent that Delco Christian will probably be playing played earlier this season.

“We know Springfield runs a Wing-T offense. They’re large, much, much bigger than us and they’re very good,” Delco Christian Coach Jim Favino said.
But Favino shared the team's support and faith in one another that's kept them going this season.
“But at this point, our kids realize that they’re part of something special this year," said Favino. "This team really cares about each other. I’d go anywhere with these kids because they won’t stop. It makes for a whole different atmosphere.”
And a belief that they can’t lose.
