Missing Delco Man Found Dead In Reservoir: State Police

A missing 20-year-old Rose Valley man was found dead in the Springton Lake Reservoir Thursday morning, Pennsylvania State Police said.

UPPER PROVIDENCE, PA — The body of a missing 20-year-old Delaware County man was found in local body of water Thursday afternoon after he was reported missing a few days earlier, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

State Police said the body of 20-year-old Joshua Zhixiang Luo, of Rose Valley, was found at about 11 a.m. Thursday, March 28 in Springton Lake Reservoir in Upper Providence Township.

The death is not considered suspicious, but police are investigating the incident.

Luo went missing at about 1:30 a.m. on March 22, police said.
