Police Confirm Jackass Star Was Drunk at Time of Crash

Toxicology report is released by West Goshen in fatal crash that killed Ryan Dunn June 20.

WEST CHESTER–West Goshen police have confirmed that Ryan Dunn was legally drunk at the time of the car crash that killed him and passenger Zachary Hartwell early Monday morning.

The toxicology report released by the Chester County's Coroner's Office states that Dunn had a blood alcohol content level of .196, twice the legal limit of .08.
