ST MARY MAGDALEN CHEERLEADERS WIN FIRST PLACE AT CYO ARCHDIOCESAN CHAMPIONSHIPS

First time was the charm for St Mary Magdalen School’s Cheerleading Squad.  In their first attempt at competing this year, the girls made it all the way to the Archdiocesan CYO Cheer Championship and won First Place!  The championship competition was held on Feb. 22nd with over 40 teams in attendance.   The girls had a successful debut season winning three major events leading up to the championships.  Seven months of hard work and dedication paid off for Coach Gina Lucente and her squad.
