County Council Proclaims Black History Month

"Delaware County Councilman David J. White presented a resolution proclaiming February to be Black History Month to honor the contributions and achievements of black Americans to Delaware County Common Pleas Judge Nathaniel C. Nichols, who was accompanied to the Wednesday, Feb. 8 Delaware County Council meeting by attorney Jacquie Jones," states a press release from the council.
