Delco Man Gets 20 Years For Enticing Minors To Send Nude Photos
A 25-year-old Holmes man enticed young girls to send him sexually explicit images and videos, federal authorities said.
HOLMES, PA — A Delaware County man will spend the next two decades in prison for online enticement and manufacturing child pornography, according to federal authorities.
United States Attorney William M. McSwain said John C. Dellarocco, Jr., 25, of Holmes, was sentenced to 20 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release online enticement and manufacturing child pornography. Dellarocco pleaded guilty in August this year.
Dellarocco chatted with at least 11 underage girls on an internet-based application.

He persuaded or attempted to persuade the girls to engage in sexual activity and sexually explicit conduct, photograph themselves doing just that, and then send the images to him via the internet.
In each case, Dellarocco was surreptitiously recording the chats and exposures and saving the videos on flash drives or his cell phone – evidence which was later discovered by investigators.

"Child exploitation is a pervasive problem – made more so by the accessibility of the Internet and digital media – that demands an aggressive response," said McSwain. "This case is particularly disturbing because of the number of children the defendant was able to target and communicate with on the Internet. We urge parents and caregivers to monitor what their children do online, and we stand ready with our federal and local partners to identify and prosecute those who would prey upon minor children."
