Prosecutors asked that Ingle's defense attorney be removed from the trial because of a conflict of interest, according to philly.com.

A rescheduled date has not yet been announced.

Ingle, who was arrested on Dec. 21, is accused of killing his father, Arunkumar Ingle, 55, on Jan. 28, 2008 in his Middletown home.

He is charged with criminal homicide, first degree murder, third degree murder, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, possession of an instrument with criminal intent, tampering with and fabricating evidence and conspiracy, according to court documents.

Ingle recently pleaded guilty to charges of unlawful use of a computer, according to court documents. He was sentenced on Dec. 14 to two years of probation and 80 hours of community service for those charges, according to the Delaware County Daily Times.
