One Dead In Shooting At Delaware County Court
An inmate is dead after a shooting at court in Delaware County Friday morning.

DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — An inmate is dead after a shooting at court in Delaware County Friday morning.
The incident occurred at some point before 11 a.m. at Linwood District Court on the 500 block of West Ridge Road, according to DelcoAlerts.
The prisoner, Darren Lamar Williams, escaped custody and tried to wrestle a gun from an officer, authorities said.

Williams was tasered and grabbed the gun as he went down, according to officials. He then shot himself.
A constable also shot Williams.

He had faced charges for DUI, drug charges, and related counts, court documents show.
