Teens Arrested For Stealing SUV With Kids Inside In Delco
Two teenagers are accused of stealing a vehicle with a 6-year-old kid and a baby inside it in Chester.
CHESTER, PA — Two teenagers have been arrested after allegedly stealing an SUV in Chester that had two young boys inside it, according to reports.
CBS Philadelphia reports two 17 year old people were arrested at about 2 a.m. Monday and charged with theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of motor vehicle and conspiracy in kidnapping.
Two young boys, one 9 months old and the other 6 years old, were inside an SUV that was stolen at about 9:30 p.m. from outside the Happy House Chinese restaurant in the 900 block of West 9th Street in Chester, Action News reports.

The vehicle was found a few hours later with the boys were unharmed; they were returned to their parents, according to CBS.
