Woman Sets Delco Home On Fire After Eviction: Cops

UPPER DARBY, PA — A local woman is wanted after she set fire to her Delaware County home after being evicted, authorities said.
Tracey Davis, 20, of Philadelphia, faces charges of arson and related counts.
Davis then allegedly called the owner to make sure they knew she was the one who did it, authorities said.

The incident occurred in the early morning hours of Sunday, July 7 on North Keystone Avenue.
"I told you I would get you back, I just lit the house up," Davis told the home's owner over the phone.

No one was injured in the incident.
