2 Arrested In Lambertville For Possession, Distribution Of Heroin
The arrests were made after detectives observed both men making a narcotics transaction in the city, authorities said.
LMBERTVILLE, NJ — Two New Jersey men suspected of possession and distribution of heroin were arrested on Tuesday in the City of Lambertville.
Following a joint investigation by the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office's Narcotics Task Force and the Lambertville City Police Department, Carl Decicco, 33, of Lambertville, and Rayshawn Robbins, 39, of Trenton, were taken into custody on charges of distributing and possessing with intent to distribute controlled dangerous substances.
Decicco was charged with third-degree possession of heroin. Robbins was charged with third-degree distribution of heroin. Both were charged on summonses and released from custody pending court appearances.

Third-degree charges may result in criminal penalties including, but not limited to, a term of
imprisonment between three and five years and a fine not to exceed $15,000.
A joint investigation was initiated in early September after the Lambertville Police Department received reports of suspected narcotics transactions in the area of George Street in Lambertville, N.J. The arrests were made after detectives observed both men making a narcotics transaction, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office said.
