Participants will examine the region’s industrial craft legacy through 19th- century Hexamer General Surveys while engaging in the collective labor of food preparation. Accompanied by a lecture on historic industrial architecture, the session transforms repetitive cooking tasks (pasta making) into a shared dialogue. Join us to foster collective memory and site-specific community learning concluding with a shared meal.
