Cosmo DiNardo To Be Arraigned Thursday
The pair charged in the death of 4 in Solebury will be in court Thursday, and prosecutors say they'll pursue the death penalty if needed.

The pair charged death of four Bucks County men over the summer will appear in court Thursday, and prosecutors have filed paperwork to make sure the death penalty can be pursued.
Cosmo DiNardo of Bensalem confessed to his role in the four killings and faces four counts of criminal homicide and related charges. In discussions over the summer, prosecutors said they would spare him from the death penalty provided he led them to the grave of the last man to be found on DiNardo's family's sprawling Solebury Township property.
However, if Dinardo tries to fight the charges, prosecutors say they will consider the death penalty. To reserve the right to do that, prosecutors with the Bucks County District Attorney's office have filed a notice of aggravating circumstances.

"We are required to file this notice by the time of the formal arraignment, which is tomorrow," said Bucks County District Attorney spokesman Larry King.
DiNardo's cousin, Sean Michael Kratz, 20, of Philadelphia also faces three counts of criminal homicide and related charges. Similar paperwork has been filed for him.

Authorities say DiNardo killed the victims in three separate shootings, all of which took place on DiNardo's family farm on Lower York Road in Solebury. Jimi Taro Patrick, 19, of Newtown Township was killed first on July 5, authorities said.
Authorities allege on July 7, DiNardo and Kratz killed Dean Finocchiaro, 19, of Middletown Township; Thomas Meo, 21, of Plumstead Township; and Mark Sturgis, 22, of Pennsburg. Those shootings also happened on the Solebury property. Kratz has been charged in three of the killings.
Human remains were discovered after a massive search effort at the DiNardo family farm on Lower York Road in Solebury. See timeline here.
