The charges come less than a month after Miller was released from federal prison, The Intelligencer reported.

He was serving time for fraud and money laundering. Prosecutors said Miller claimed more than $200,000 in fraudulent insurance payments after a flood devastated the playhouse in 2006. He was found guilty of the charges in 2015.
