The rustic Hamilton's Grill Room built a reputation on its Mediterranean-inspired dishes including its fresh seafood and steak and its selection of fresh oysters on the half shell.

Restaurateur and visionary James Hamilton opened the restaurant with his daughter, Melissa, in 1988. The Grill Room was one of the first restaurants in the region to offer local meat, fish, and produce.
