Man Who Sexually Assaulted Teen At Solebury Park Sentenced: DA
The 22-year-old man met the teen on Grindr, then set up a meeting at Pat Livezey Park, where he sexually assaulted him, authorities said

A man has been sentenced to serve three to six years in state prison for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy he had lured to a Solebury Township park, authorities announced.
Nicholas Fischer, 22, of Warrington, pleaded guilty in July to involuntary deviate sexual intercourse with a person less than 16 years of age, statutory sexual assault and criminal use of a communication facility.
According to court records, Fischer met the victim online on Grindr, and the two exchanged cell phone numbers. The boy told police that Fischer suggested several times that they meet in person, according to information from the Bucks County District Attorney's office.

The boy told authorities he was "reluctant at first," but agreed to meet Fischer in January at Pat Livezey Park in Solebury, where they performed oral sex on each other, information from the District Attorney's office said.
During sentencing, Fischer told the judge he is “truly sorry" about his actions. "I’m at a loss for words. I can’t even imagine what [the boy and his family] are going through.”
