New Businesses Opening In New Hope: Find Out Who They Are
Three new businesses have opened or are in the process of opening their doors in New Hope Borough.

NEW HOPE BOROUGH, PA — A number of new businesses are coming to New Hope Borough while one has closed its doors.
The Landing, a popular bar and restaurant along the river, has not reopened this year - the signature red umbrellas are gone and the words “permanently closed” appear on its Facebook page.
Emails sent to Landmark Hospitality seeking the status of The Landing were not returned. Landmark, which owns the nearby Logan Inn and Mansion Inn, acquired the North Main Street property with plans to redevelop it with new hotel and restaurant space.

The Lawrenceville-based store has branched out to New Hope with an eatery featuring its “signature homemade empanadas, bold flavors, and small bites with big personality.”
The new eatery features baked (not fried) empanadas in flavors like Philly cheesesteak, sausage and
broccoli rabe, and banana Nutella. “The perfect late-night bite (or feast) after a night out. Takeout + delivery," the business says on its Facebook page.

“You’ve had our fried empanadas at Under The Moon Lambertville and Under The Moon Cafe.
You’ve fallen for our baked ones at Nosh Lawrenceville. Now we’ve brought those bold, baked savory and sweet flavors across the bridge - same owners, same obsession with flavor, just a new spot to get your fix," the owners posted on Facebook.
Plans are also moving forward to fill a key location at Bridge and Main streets. The council recently approved a certificate of appropriateness for 8 South Main Street for exterior paint and a new sign.
The building’s owner announced that he has leased the highly-visible spot at the intersection of South Main Street and East Bridge streets to Modern Aesthetics, which has locations in Newtown and King of Prussia.

While Newtown and King of Prussia focus on plastic surgery, its New Hope location will specialize on cosmetic injections, nonsurgical procedures, and health and wellness treatments.
Just down the street, a “coming soon” sign has appeared at the former New Hope Borough Hall on North Main, the former home of the Original Russo’s Pizza.
A sign out front announces the site as the future home of New Hope Vanilla Cafe, a cozy cafe that will be serving breakfast and lunch plus desserts in a casual atmosphere.
This will be the second location for the cafe, which operates the Vanilla Cafe on Bustleton Avenue in Philadelphia. It is described as a cozy cafe serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus desserts in a casual setting.
