Its journey has now brought the cafe to an iconic location in the heart of downtown Lambertville - the former home of the beloved Manon Restaurant.
"It's a cozy, charming space with lots of character and a rich history - and features a sunlit courtyard for outdoor dining. It’s the perfect place for us to expand our offerings, introduce dinners, and to create an unforgettable experience for our guests," said Chief Loos.
To achieve their dream of having its own brick and mortar restaurant, the two launched a hugely successful KickStarter campaign, which raised $41,568, outpacing its goal of $36,000. The funds have allowed the restaurant owners to outfit the kitchen with essential equipment, cover the first weeks of operation, and enhance the courtyard with additional seating and landscaping.
"This space will refine and embody our vibe; think warm, bright, cozy interiors filled with books and plants, and a sun-filled courtyard that will be perfect for dining al fresco," said the owners.
