"World's Shortest Pride Parade" To March Through Frenchtown
Why is it so small? Because Frenchtown is itself a small town, but one with a big heart that is welcoming and open to all.

FRENCHTOWN, NJ — Have a lot of support for pride, but not a lot of time? Frenchtown has the event for you.
On June 22 starting at 1 p.m., the World's Shortest Pride Parade launches in charming downtown Frenchtown, ending up right along the scenic Delaware River. The parade is part of a series of events during Frenchtown Pride Week.
At only 1,104 feet long, the World's Shortest Pride Parade is the shortest distance a pride parade covers anywhere in the world.

Why is it so small? Because Frenchtown, population 1,300, is itself a small town, but one with a big heart that is welcoming and open to all.
Last year was the inaugural parade, and it represented the quirky, eclectic and artistic nature of our community. This is the second year and organizers are expecting nothing less than joyous oddness and chaos, lasting around 30 minutes, or possibly less.
