2nd Possible Bucks Co. Child Luring Attempt Reported Tuesday

Two possible child luring attempts were reported Tuesday in Bucks County, police said.

The second possible child luring attempt to happen Tuesday in Bucks County was reported to police in Falls Township, according to authorities.

The first report happened at a Warminster Wawa. A juvenile female said a man approached her and was saying inappropriate things. The man is being sought by local police for questioning.

A second incident was reported to police in Falls Township. According to police, a man in a minivan approached a 12-year-old girl who was walking along the 100 block of Thornridge Drive around 3:30 p.m.

The man began driving slowly next to her and asked “Hey, do you want to come see the dogs in the back?” The girl said no and walked toward the nearest house, and the minivan quickly left the area, police said.

The girl observed a small black dog in the driver’s seat with the driver and heard at least one large dog bark from the back of the vehicle, according to police.

The vehicle was described as an older model dark grey minivan with rear sliding doors and tinted rear windows. The driver was described as a light-skinned male 35-45 years old with straight shoulder length brown hair and a deep voice, police said.

The incidents are likely unrelated, as the suspicious men in each case were reported to have been driving different cars and have different descriptions.
