Two breweries from Bucks County will be showcasing their beer at this weekend's Big Philly Beerfest. Neshaminy Creek in Croydon and Kurant Cider in Perkasie will be representing at the event, to be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center this Friday, Jan. 13 and Saturday, Jan. 14. The 4th Annual Bucks County Teen Peace and Social Justice Summit will be held Sunday, Jan. 15 in Warrington and will feature Dr. Joseph Davis, superintendent of the Ferguson-Florissant, Mo. School District. The free teen summit is inspired by the goals, aspirations and commemoration of the late civil rights activist, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., according to organizers.
