Arrest Made In Council Rock Grad's Shooting Death
A 19-year-old man who had been kicked out of the party fatally shot 20-year-old Council Rock South graduate Viktoriya Manasyan, police said.

An arrest as been made in the shooting death of a 20-year-old Council Rock South graduate who was killed at a house party last month near Temple University.
Philadelphia Police have charged Sydear Green, 19, with two county of murder in connection with the deaths of Viktoriya Manasyan, 20, of Holland and Rashawn Miller, 21, of Philadelphia. Homicide Capt. Jack Ryan told the Philadelphia Inquirer that Green had been kicked out of the party and began shooting in "an indiscriminate manner."
Police said they were called to the party on W. Diamond Street for a report of a "person with a gun" and when they arrived they found Manasyan on the road with the gunshot wound. She was immediately transported to Temple University Hospital, where she was pronounced dead soon after. Miller suffered a gunshot wound to the head, police said.

Manasyan was a 2016 Council Rock South graduate, according to her obituary. After graduation, Manasyan enlisted in the U.S. Army Reserves and had finished her basic training last year.
At the time of her death, she was enrolled as a part-time student at Bucks County Community College, majoring in criminal justice.
