Attempted Burglary Under Investigation In Upper Makefield

Police in Upper Makefield are investigating an attempted burglary that was ​reported Tuesday on Old Dolington Road.

Police in Upper Makefield are investigating an attempted burglary that was reported along the 900 block of Old Dolington Road on July 3. According to police, officers were called to the home just before 9 a.m. for a report of an alarm activation.

When officers arrived, a window was found broken in the back of the residence.

Also under investigation in Upper Makefield is the theft of a car from a garage at a home on Creamery Road.

In that case, officers were called to a residence along the 900 block of Creamery Road on June 22 for the report of a daytime burglary with forced entry. The day after the burglary, police said the stolen car was recovered in Somerdale Borough.
