Bon Appétit Market Aiming For April Opening In Newtown
The European-style gourmet food market and cafe is aiming for an April opening on South State Street in Newtown, sources tell Patch.

Bon Appétit, a European-style gourmet food market and cafe, is opening a Newtown location in 2018 and is aiming for an April debut, sources tell Patch.
The market will operate in a space inside the first phase of the Steeple View project on South State Street. Bon Appétit representatives tell Patch they hope to be open in April. This timeline was confirmed by project developer Allan Smith, who on Tuesday said the new addition to the South State Street business landscape should be open in 90 days.
Bon Appétit is a Princeton, N.J.-based gourmet grocer. It will join the new Fine Wine and Spirits Store on the ground floor.

The store's flagship location is on North Harrison Street in Princeton and features an array of products, from baked goods to cheese, coffee and tea, chocolates and candy, oil and vinegars, as well as meats and herbs. You can learn more about the store here.
