BREAKING: All-Clear After BCCC Bomb Threat, New Threat at Montco College

UPDATE: Authorities have given the all-clear for students and staff to return to the campus library. No explosives were found, Bucks County Community College said. Meanwhile, authorities are now investigating a bomb threat at nearby Montgomery County Community College.
Authorities are investigating a Thursday morning bomb threat at Bucks County Community College’s Newtown campus. The threat is not believed to be credible but Newtown Township police are investigating.
“BCCC has been notified of a bomb threat directed at our Newtown Campus Library. While the threat is not believed to be credible, out of an abundance of caution, the Library and adjacent Gateway Center are closed this morning while a search is conducted in cooperation with local police,” the college said on its website.

“Aside from the Library and Gateway Center, other buildings and classes are not affected and will operate on normal schedule. Classes scheduled for Gateway will be relocated. Library and Gateway employees should not report to work until notified that the search operation is complete,” the college said.
