The Brick Hotel, a Newtown restaurant featured last month on "Hotel Hell," is up for sale, according to a listing through Ahia Commercial Real Estate.

The development comes just days after the Newtown Borough establishment was shown in less than flattering light on FOX's "Hotel Hell" with Gordon Ramsay.

The asking price is $6 million, says broker Chichi E. Ahia.

The listing describes the property as "Suburban Philadelphia's premier historic hotel, restaurant and bar."
It goes on to say: "Prime location in the heart of Newtown Borough. Operating hotel and restaurant. 15 rooms with private bathrooms and 279 seating Fine Casual Dining restaurant. Garden Dining that is the talk of the town. Pride of the town, this restaurant has amazing potential. Newtown is a quaint town with lots of shops on the Main Street that is called State Street. Very high end spas, specialty shops and restaurants."
