At the library, U.S. citizens can apply for a new passport by appointment only during these hours:
Each appointment slot is for one person. Families and groups applying for multiple passports should book a separate appointment for each person.

Passport photos are available for an additional fee, if photos are needed as part of the application. Passport renewals and standalone photo services are not available at this time.
