All proceeds from this event benefit the non-profit historic Newtown Theatre.

Rooted in Chinese medicine, qigong combines slow, gentle movements with breathing and present-moment awareness. Both simple and challenging, this form of 18 “movement-pictures”&nbsp;unifies body, heart, and mind. The practice of qigong has been shown to provide several benefits, including:
