Grief doesn't live in the part of you that makes sentences.
It lives in the jaw you clench at red lights. The shoulders that never came back down. The breath that stops halfway up and calls it a day.
There's a name for the two directions here. Top-down processing is what most of us reach for first — you think about it, you talk about it, you make meaning out of it. It works, and it has a ceiling. Bottom-up processing runs the other way: you change what the body is doing first, and the story loosens after.
October 23 is three hours of bottom-up. Sound. Breath. Acupuncture. Paper and your own two hands. Grief education you can take home and actually use.
Four practitioners. A small circle of women. One night only.
Friday, October 23, 5–8pm. $135. The Wellnest Bucks County, Newtown. Register now and join us for a one night only healing event.
