Car Stolen From Garage In Upper Makefield, Police Say

Police are investigating after a car was stolen from a garage at a home on Creamery Road in Upper Makefield late last month.

Police in Upper Makefield are investigating a daytime burglary that was reported late last month on Creamery Road. Police said someone stole the homeowner’s vehicle from their garage.

According to police, officers were called to a residence along the 900 block of Creamery Road on June 22 for the report of a daytime burglary with forced entry.

The day after the burglary, police said the stolen car was recovered in Somerdale Borough.

The unidentified male driver was subsequently charged by Somerdale Borough Police Department with receiving stolen property and possessing an imitation handgun.

Upper Makefield Police are currently processing evidence obtained from the residence and recovered stolen vehicle.
